In order to get the best results, you need to have an open mind and actively be looking for better ways of doing things.
We will meet up twice a month for ninety minutes on Zoom. The exact agenda for each session will depend on your objectives. However, we always look at what’s happening in your business so that we can deal with, discard or delegate any urgent problems that are causing you stress or upsetting your team. Then the rest of the session will focus on the important strategies needed to stabilise and grow your business. Exactly what we address in each session is personalised to you & your goals.
No. Business coaching is not about telling you what to do. I am there to use my experience from growing my own successful quality care service & to act as a sounding board. Since exiting I have developed many further valuable tools & strategies specifically for social care providers & their teams. You will always be in control of the direction of your business and what you or your team need to do.
People I coach often say that what we cover is an ‘eye-opener’ & they can see immediately what they need to do after the first 1 to 2 sessions. There is individual variation in how fast improvements are implemented.
Whilst no guarantee can be made about your specific business, in my experience most people get a good return on their investment within the first couple of months - both financially and in how they feel about their business. I expect there to be tangible measurable results within 90 days.
With me as your mentor and coach, in addition to our 2 x 90 minute Zoom calls every month, you'll have access to me via email/phone when you need a sounding board or advice at other times in the month.
